Fast removal request
Use the form below or email the designated agent with the subject Copyright report. A report that identifies a private Kito link freezes that pack and revokes its active links while we review it. Do not upload the protected work itself unless we request a limited example.
Include in the notice
- Your full name, organisation, email address and telephone number.
- A clear identification of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
- The private Kito pack, link, code or other information sufficient for us to locate the disputed material.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rightsholder, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the rightsholder.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We may temporarily restrict the pack while reviewing the report, notify the contributor, request additional information and remove or restore access as appropriate. Repeated misuse can lead to contributor suspension.
False or incomplete reports
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation can have legal consequences. If you are uncertain whether a use is authorised or legally permitted, consider obtaining legal advice before sending a formal notice.
